I just wanted to note the draft mission statement above is an active work in progress. We welcome comments and suggestions from anyone who has attended at least one Sunday practice or Thursday beach party with Seattle Rueda. (If you haven’t attended at least one, please come! and then comment after.)

-Cuban music as well as dance
-open welcome to all

Current Seattle Rueda activities include:
-Sunday practices
-Summer Thursday beach parties
-Dancing to local Cuban bands
-Learning from local Cuban dance instructors
-Inviting out-of-town instructors to Seattle
-Social get-togethers, potlucks, house parties
