Hola casineros!
We are planning on dancing tomorrow at Alki, same spot across (or as close as we can) from Duke’s. However, if there are cancellations due to weather, we will post it on the blog no later than 4 pm.
See you on the beach!

Because of uncertain weather, it has been decided to cancel the Alki beach party tonight. Hopefully we will get real summer weather soon!

Rain or shine, we’re dancing at Sonny Newman’s wonderful dance hall today. There’s room for everybody!
We’ll keep the music going so everyone can dance. No instruction or new moves today unless you can do it to the music. (That said, our last party, four or five people joined us for the very first time. If you see someone you don’t know, please welcome them and see if you can get them dancing. And remind everyone, next week is outdoors at our summer home at Gas Works Park.)
If you’d like to bring a snack (finger food) or drink (non-alcoholic) to share, that will add to the party.

It is warm-ish and sunny in Seattle, and Casino on Cardboard is happening tonight! This is the kick-off to our Friday night dance parties on Alki beach. Come at 6 if you can help set up the dance floor; dancing will start around 7. We’re using the red boom box, so please bring Cuban music on CDs or MP3 players.
We’ll be on Alki Beach more or less in front of Duke’s, just west of the volleyball nets.
See you there!
