There will be lots of dancing this weekend so if you have not registered with me by now for Saturday, Register by Friday tomorrow by 10pm for Sunday workshops.

Muchos abrazos to all who are coming to Seattle for all the events and workshops with Julian Mejia. If you could not get into any workshops, just come dance with us on Saturday. Julian is doing a mini-casino lesson that night. It’s one big happy dancing familia.

Colombian ‘exchange teacher’ new in town, to join us this Friday.

Posted by on 07 Sep 2010 | Tagged as: Events, Social

Hi all:

We have a new exchange teacher-assistant at our school, who will be  helping with our Spanish immersion program.

Ximena just arrived a few days ago from Colombia, and does not have any contacts in Seattle.  She will be hosted by three different families throughout the academic year, and is all but volunteering her time and skills to our students.

I’ve invited her out (to Desiree’s house for the potluck/dinner on Friday and then to Club Sur after for dancing), so she can meet the awesome folks in our dance community, both from near and far!
