I concur w/ Nadja on her points.
The space is roomy and easy to dance in, and allows for future growth. Seems as though a band could set up on stage. I like the bar area/set up.

I like the space. Plenty of parking, and not too much traffic nearby. The only thing would be whether or not the cost is prohibitive for monthly events.
If the option was with a club, which one would it be?

can we use a venue, this one or new… to accommodate a live band, and still keep the fee reasonable? Like when we used the Georgetown space a few years ago? Thanks for all your energy around this. You deserve a big round of applause!
