If you haven’t heard about it already…there is a ‘taco’ truck in North Seattle that serves Cuban food. It is run by Pedrito Vargas of Grupo Ashé. I finally had the chance to try it this past weekend for a quick fix of moros y cristianos. Yum! And, a mamey batido to wash it down.
