Triple Door?

Hi all,
I will be in town for a SHORT business trip and am hoping to go to Triple Door this Sunday. I realize it might be a modest evening there without much Cuban interest…but if anyone is willing to slum it, I would love to hang with you guys! (And next time I will try my hardest to come on an Alki night.)

Pancreatic Cancer is one of the deadliest cancers on earth, yet it has some of the worst funding and grant funding. Researchers need help from us citizens to help discover early detection methods that will help with survival! Early detection is key. Look at breast cancer, it’s early detection success, and it’s funding. Let’s help these folks out, even in a small way.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the great turnout at Bastilles Bar back on the 11th. It was awesome. I won’t be dj’ing at Bastilles this weekend because I’ll be in Alaska working. But I will be back Monday and have been asked to help DJ at Teatre Zinzanni next Wed when Zarabanda is playing. I’ll let you know when Bastilles happens again. Ciao
Paladar Cubano, 90th & Aurora in North Seattle

If you haven’t heard about it already…there is a ‘taco’ truck in North Seattle that serves Cuban food. It is run by Pedrito Vargas of Grupo Ashé. I finally had the chance to try it this past weekend for a quick fix of moros y cristianos. Yum! And, a mamey batido to wash it down.
