Clave Gringa, my latin jazz group, will play at Egans Ballard Jam House – 17th and Market (in Ballard) this Friday, May 1, 9-10:30 as a celebration for my birthday. Much of our music is danceable son, cha cha cha, latin jazz Eddie Palmieri style. (tpt, drums, congas, piano, bass, vocals).  And, there is a side patio where folks can DANCE (weather permitting). Egans is a cozy, wonderful club – good food, inexpensive items. They reserve tables (up to a total of about 35 people) and then seat that night on first-come, first-serve. You can call Egans during evening hours for reservations- 789-1621  ($8 cover)
